If a user has forgotten their username, they can have their username email to them utilizing the "Forgot your username" hyperlink located on the ClickClaims CMS "Log In" page. Otherwise, a site administrator can locate their username from within their ClickClaims CMS user record.
Forgot Your Username
- Navigate to the "Log In" page of the ClickClaims CMS application and click on the "Forgot you username" hyperlink. You'll be redirected to the "Retrieve Your Username" page.
- Enter the primary email address affiliated with the user account and click the "Retrieve Username" button.
- If an active user account is found containing the primary email address entered, a confirmation message displays confirming that an email has been sent to that email address with the correct username.
- IMPORTANT: If the ClickClaims CMS site is configured to allow the same primary email address within multiple user records, this method cannot be utilized and a site administrator at your company needs to retrieve the username from within the application (see below).
