Document Assignment Video Training Course

The Document Assignment Video Training Course is a structured, multi-part tutorial series designed to equip ClickClaims users with the essential knowledge needed to efficiently manage document assignments within the platform. This course walks users through the full lifecycle of document assignment, tracking, and reporting within ClickClaims.

This training course applies to the following ClickClaims User Roles: Owner, Administrator, Adjuster, Company Examiner, Claims Supervisor, and Team Lead.


  • Video 1: Introduction to Document Assignments Video Tutorial -  This video tutorial provides an introduction to the Document Assignment functionality available within ClickClaims.
  • Video 2:  Document Assignments Video Tutorial - This video tutorial reviews how to assign documents from the claim's "Documents" tab or from the "My Documents" page available via the  "My New Documents" link accessible from the ClickClaims Dashboard.
  • Video 3:  Document Acknowledge Mode Video Tutorial - This video tutorial steps you through how to acknowledge assigned documents from the claim's "Documents" tab and how to manage assigned documents from the "My New Documents" link available from the ClickClaims Dashboard.
  • Video 4:  My New Documents Video Tutorial - This video tutorial covers the "My New Documents" link available from the ClickClaims Dashboard and the "My Documents" data grid page.
  • Video 5:  Documents Search & Report Video Tutorial - This video tutorial shows how authorized users can manage and report on all document assignments from the "My Documents" report.
