There are four locations in ClickClaims where documents can be stored and shared. These are referred to as "Document Managers". Access to the documents stored within each of these document managers initially depends upon the user's user role association. It can be further determined by security settings configurable by an Owner or Administrator. Please review this video tutorial to learn more about this functionality in ClickClaims.
