If you've forgotten your username, you can have it emailed to you by clicking the "Forgot your username" link on the ClickClaims Log In page. Alternatively, a site administrator can retrieve your username by accessing your user record within ClickClaims.
Forgot Your Username:
- Navigate to the "Log In" page of the ClickClaims application and click on the "Forgot your username" hyperlink. You'll be redirected to the "Retrieve Your Username" page.
- Enter the primary email address affiliated with your user account and click the "Retrieve Username" button.
- If an active user account is found containing the primary email address entered, a confirmation message displays confirming that an email has been sent to that email address with the correct username.
- IMPORTANT: If the ClickClaims site is configured to allow the same primary email address within multiple user records, this method cannot be utilized, and a site administrator at your company needs to retrieve the username from within the application.
