Recovering Your ClickClaims Username

If you've forgotten your username, you can have it emailed to you by clicking the "Forgot your username" link on the ClickClaims Log In page. Alternatively, a site administrator can retrieve your username by accessing your user record within ClickClaims. 



Forgot Your Username:


  1.  Navigate to the "Log In" page of the ClickClaims application and click on the "Forgot your username" hyperlink.  You'll be redirected to the "Retrieve Your Username" page.
  2. Enter the primary email address affiliated with your user account and click the "Retrieve Username" button.
  3. If an active user account is found containing the primary email address entered, a confirmation message displays confirming that an email has been sent to that email address with the correct username.
    • IMPORTANT:  If the ClickClaims site is configured to allow the same primary email address within multiple user records, this method cannot be utilized, and a site administrator at your company needs to retrieve the username from within the application.
  4. You'll receive an email notification containing your correct username.
