To associate a ClickClaims "Client" record with their XactAnalysis data set, you will need to populate the XactAnalysis related fields within the "3rd Party Information" section of the client's ClickClaims profile record.
- XactAnalysis Carrier ID
- The “XactAnalysis Carrier ID” field will contain the client’s XA data set ID; also known as their carrier ID. This will be an integer value provided by Xactware. If using an unshared data set, multiple ClickClaims "Client" records may use the same XA Carrier ID. For a shared data set, the ID must be unique to that data set pairing.
- This value is required if/when claims for the client are to be sent to XA. For claims imported from XA, the “XA Carrier ID” is used to map the XA data set to the matching ClickClaims client.
- The “XactAnalysis Carrier ID” field will contain the client’s XA data set ID; also known as their carrier ID. This will be an integer value provided by Xactware. - XactAnalysis Profile Code
- The “XactAnalysis Profile Code” field will contain the carrier’s profile code. The value is typically 5L unless the carrier is using a different profile.
- This value is required if/when claims for the client are to be sent to XA. For clients, whose claims are only imported from XA, this value may be left blank.

- XactAnalysis Business Unit
- The "XactAnalysis Business Unit” field will contain the business unit, if applicable.
