Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Video Tutorial

Multi-factor Authentication, or MFA,  provides a second layer of security to the ClickClaims login process for added data protection. In addition to requiring the typical username and password login, an authentication code is also required to verify your identity before you’re able to successfully access the site.  Any time you log in to ClickClaims from an IP address not associated with your user profile, you will be required to enter an MFA code.   In this tutorial, you'll learn how this functionality works in ClickClaims.
