Image Not Displaying Properly in Form Letter, Email, or Snippet

If an image has been inserted into a form letter, email, or snippet template and it isn't properly displaying when utilizing that template, the image may have been incorrectly inserted.  Following the steps below should resolve the issue.


  1. Navigate into the applicable template and remove the current image.
  2. Place your cursor in the area of the template where you want the image to be inserted.
  3. Click on the "Image Manager" button.
  4. From within the "Image Manager" window, select the existing image from the available list or use the "Upload" button to add a new image to the manager.
  5. Then, click "Insert".
  6. The selected image is inserted into the template in the selected area.  Save the changes.
  7. Generate the form letter, email, or snippet again using this revised template and confirm that the image now displays correctly.
