If an image has been inserted into a form letter, email, or snippet template and it isn't properly displaying when utilizing that template, the image may have been incorrectly inserted. Following the steps below should resolve the issue.
- Navigate into the applicable template and remove the current image.
- Place your cursor in the area of the template where you want the image to be inserted.
- Click on the "Image Manager" button.
- From within the "Image Manager" window, select the existing image from the available list or use the "Upload" button to add a new image to the manager.
- Then, click "Insert".
- The selected image is inserted into the template in the selected area. Save the changes.
- Generate the form letter, email, or snippet again using this revised template and confirm that the image now displays correctly.
