The ClickClaims Forms Builder contains an option that permits data to be incorporated from both Microsoft Word and ClickClaims using mail merge technology to quickly and easily generate customized letters. A Word document template, which includes ClickClaims’ Replacement Field source code, is created by a site administrator. Then, utilizing the “Create Form Letter” functionality via ClickClaims embedded Forms Builder, users can generate the template-driven letter with the claim-specific data automatically populated.
