Overview of all enhancements, changes, and corrections in the 2023-06 base release of ClickClaims.
Changes |
Last Active Date and Last Inactive Date Columns: - Authorized users can now easily view and report on the last date that the user’s record was set as “Active” and/or “Inactive” by adding the new “Last Active Date” and “Last Inactive Date” secondary columns to the “User List” page.
Task Default “Notify Monitor” Selections: - An optional setting is now available upon request that enables your company to change the default configuration of the “Notify Monitor” section of Automated Claim Tasks. By default, when configuring Automated Claim Tasks, the monitor is configured to be notified On Create, On Complete, and When Past Due. However, you can determine your company’s own default configuration with this optional setting if needed.
Unallocated Amount Column: - An optional setting can be enabled upon request that adds the “Unallocated Amount” secondary column to the “Invoices” page and the “Invoices” section of the claim’s “Billing” tab. When the “Accounting” module is incorporated into your company’s workflow, this addition allows authorized users to quickly see any unallocated funds associated with a payment issued on the invoice.

Corrections |
Page Size While in Batch Mode: - While in Batch Mode on the “Claim List” page, we’ve corrected the Page Size to reflect the actual 100 records that are/can be displayed on the page by default.
Mailing State and Loss State Columns: - All data grids where the “Mailing State” and “Loss State” columns are available now provide users with 2 column options; the first displays the state’s abbreviation and the other displays the state’s full name. When filtering these columns, the filter’s options also follow the same format as the column you’re working in.
Foreign Address Mailing Address Country: - If your company utilizes the “Foreign Address” feature, the Mailing Address Country now displays on available data grid pages, when printing the page to PDF from the applicable claim tab and is now an available replacement field when working with Form Letter, System Email, and SMS Text Messaging templates.
