The “Batch Archive” and “Batch Unarchive” options available under the "Tools" menu bar button allow authorized users to archive or unarchive multiple files at one time in a few easy steps.
Archiving claims within your ClickClaims site reduces the amount of storage space used on the site's Production server. Once archived, the claim is still accessible. However, all associated documents are moved out of the Production server - freeing up additional storage space.
