Embedded Support Widget: - You can now access our help desk knowledge base directly from ClickClaims using the new “Support” button. This provides suggested solution articles and videos based on the page you’re on and allows you to perform your own search of the ClickClaims knowledge base. Additionally, users who are authorized to submit a ticket directly to ClickClaims Support can do so using the “Contact us” option.

Adjuster Role Assignment Added to Activity Note: - When an Adjuster gets assigned via the batch assign, reassign, or reopen functionality, the activity note that is automatically generated on the claim’s “Notes” tab now includes when the Adjuster’s “role” is set.

Corrections |
Archive Claims Not Accounting for Closed Claims Based on File Status - We’ve corrected an issue where the claim could not be archived from the “Documents” tab when your ClickClaims site is configured to determine that the claim is closed based on the “File Status”. Now, if this setting is enabled and the claim has a file status of “File Closed”, even if the “Closed” date field is null, it can be archived from the “Documents” tab.
