If you've forgotten your password and a new, temporary password has been sent to you, but ClickClaims isn't accepting it when you paste it into the Log In page, the most likely reason is that you've copied an extra space before or after the temporary password text in the email.
You need to ensure that you only copy the password text without any additional spaces or characters. Double-check that you're selecting only the actual password from the email and not including any surrounding whitespace that might cause the system to reject it.
