If you receive an error stating, "An AJAX error has occurred.  Unauthorized", when you're attempting to select a value from the "Type" field while uploading documents within the ClickClaims application, the cause may be attributed to the URL address you're using to access the ClickClaims application.  

Issue:

When selecting an option from the "Type" field's drop-list while uploading a document, I receive the following error:

Cause:

The URL address used to access ClickClaims may not be correct.  You may be using an unsecured URL address as opposed to a secured address.

Resolution:

Review the URL address, located within your browser's address bar, and ensure it begins with "https://" as opposed to "http://":
