Often, when an email is generated out of ClickClaims CMS, but is not received by the recipient, the cause is due to an email provider blocking emails or marking them as spam.
If the emails are being delivered to the recipient's junk folder instead of their inbox, they should mark the sender's email and/or domain as not spam so future emails are properly delivered and not blocked.
In some instances, the user or their IT department may need to whitelist the following IP Addresses that are used by the ClickClaims CMS application:
69.63.159.101
69.63.149.165
69.63.132.124
69.63.133.254
