Why is the Invoice Not Syncing to QuickBooks?

For an invoice to sync from ClickClaims to QuickBooks, it must meet the following conditions:


  • The invoice can't yet have been processed by the QuickBooks Web Connector.  In other words, syncing of the invoice has yet to be attempted.
  • The invoice is not in the "Draft" or "Voided" status.
  • The Client (Customer) associated with the invoice in ClickClaims has been synced to QuickBooks prior to syncing the invoice.
  • The Client (Customer) associated with the invoice is active.
