Upload Files to CMS (Adjuster Bulk Upload)

When enabled, adjusters can be uploaded to ClickClaims via a .CSV file using the "Upload Files to CMS" bulk upload process.

  1. From the "Tools" menu bar button, select "Upload Files to CMS" from the drop-list.  This option is only available to users associated with the "Owner" or "Administrator" user role.
  2. From the "Upload Files to CMS" page, select "Adjuster Bulk Upload" from the "Select Case" section.
  3. Use the link provided on the "Upload Files to CMS" page to download the .CSV template used to populate the new adjusters' information and import them into ClickClaims.
  4. Use the template's rows and columns to populate the fields for each new adjuster that will be created in ClickClaims.  
    1. Review the fields/columns outlined in the table below.  The ones noted as Required must be populated in the .CSV file. All other fields/columns are optional.
  5. Once populated, save the file as a .CSV file using the .csv file extension.
  6. Use the button on the "Upload Files to CMS" page to locate and select the .CSV file you created in steps 4 and 5.

  7. Click the button to then send the .CSV file to ClickClaims for adjuster import. An email is automatically generated upon file upload to notify you that it has been received.

LicenseNumber
LicenseNameMust match an existing name in the "Names" list manager on the Licenses/Certifications tab of User profile record.
LicenseTypeMust match an existing name in the "Types" list manager on the Licenses/Certifications tab of User profile record. For licenses/certification import, at minimum, a valid LicenseName and LicenseType need to be supplied.
IssuingAuthorityMust match an existing name in the "Issuing Authority" list manager on the Licenses/Certifications tab of User profile record.
LicenseStateMust be a two-character U.S. state abbreviation.
IssuedDateMust be a valid date. Recommend format MM/DD/YYYY
ExpirationDateMust be a valid date. Recommend format MM/DD/YYYY. If both IssuedDate and ExpirationDate are supplied, the IssuedDate must occur prior to the ExpirationDate.
WelcomeAndPasswordEmailsEnter yes to send Welcome and Temporary Password emails to the new users.
RoleAdjusterRequired. Enter yes to add user to the "Adjuster" role in ClickClaims.
