Overview of all enhancements, changes, and corrections in the combined 2025-02 to 2025-04 base release of ClickClaims.  


Changes

ClickClaims now offers an optional setting—Team Lead for Multiple Adjusters—that allows separate Team Leads to be assigned to Adjuster, Adjuster 2, and Adjuster 3 roles on a claim. When enabled, users can view, assign, and batch reassign these Team Leads individually, with task routing supported for each. The system uses the Team Lead from the user profile by default but allows overrides during reassignment. This feature is disabled by default and can be enabled upon request.

 

 

Corrections

The Upload button in the Documents Manager now correctly enables when at least one valid file is ready for upload. Previously, canceling an in-progress upload could disable the button, preventing users from uploading other valid files without restarting the process.

When using Zip Mode in the Documents Manager, file names are now limited to 256 characters to prevent errors during zip file creation. Additionally, any slashes ( / ) in file names are automatically replaced with underscores (_) to avoid unintended folder creation inside the zip file. These updates ensure a smoother and more reliable document zipping experience across Claim, Client, User, and Application document managers.
