R.2021-09 Release Notes

Changes

Inside Claim Record - “Reopen Reason” and “Claim Code” Fields:

  • We’ve revised the “Reopen Reason” and “Claim Code” fields enabling a site administrator to flag options contained in that field’s drop-list as active or inactive.

Inside Claim Record – “Attorney Bar Number” Field Added to Contacts and Vendors:

  • A new optional setting is available for Vendors and Contacts which, when enabled, allows you to add one or more “Attorney Bar Numbers” to the eligible Vendor / Contact record.  An Attorney Bar Number cannot be added to claim Contact of type Claimant, Client, Company, or Insured.

Inside Claim Record - New “Non-AOB Contract” and “NOITL” Claim Flags:

  • We’ve added a new “Non-AOB Contract” claim flag for you which you can use to identify that a contractor is involved with the claim, but there is no assignment of benefits.  This flag is inactive by default.
  • We’ve also added a new “NOITL” (Notice of Intent to Litigate) claim flag which you can use to identify that the notice of intent to litigate has been received.  This flag is inactive by default.

XactAnalysis Importer - Auto-Assignment of File Reviewer in ClickClaims from XactAnalysis:

  • The XactAnalysis Importer has been updated with an optional setting that, when enabled, will automatically assign the “File Reviewer” stakeholder on the claim in ClickClaims based on the “Claim Reviewer” assigned in XactAnalysis.  This setting is disabled by default.

Corrections

Policy - Activity Note of Policy Summary When Creating Claims from Policy:

  • When you create a new claim from the “Policy” module, the Policy Summary information is now properly added as an activity note on the claim’s “Notes” tab.

Data Grids - Newly Selected Columns Not Adding to Page After Resizing:

  • Now, if you resize any column from the “Claims Reporting Grid”, “Invoices”, or “Vendor Bills” page before adding a new column to that grid view, the newly added column(s) display on the page as expected.

Data Grids - Filtering Case Insensitivity:

  • We’ve updated the “Filtering” functionality on additional ClickClaims pages so that users can now filter, when “Filtering” is enabled, by capital letters, lower case letters, or a combination to return the applicable results.
