R.2021-07 Release Notes

New Enhancements

XA EDI – Set XA “ClaimRep” as Stakeholder in ClickClaims:

  • When a new claim is imported into ClickClaims from XactAnalysis and the XML contains a “ClaimRep” type of contact, you now have the option to request a new configuration setting be enabled which will assign that contact as the claim’s “Adjuster 2”, “Adjuster 3”, “Company Examiner”, or “Client Examiner” stakeholder in ClickClaims.

Changes

Void Invoices Column Added to Users List:

  • “Void Invoices” is now available as a secondary column on the “Users List” data grid page so you can now view and manage user records based on whether or not the “Void Invoices” special permissions setting is enabled within a user’s account.

Aging – Claimant Not Contacted Widget and Report:

  • An optional setting is now available upon request which adds the “Aging – Claimant Not Contacted” Dashboard widget and “Claimant Not Contacted” Aging Report to ClickClaims.  The widget and Aging report allow you to manage and report on all open claims containing no “First Contacted” date in one or more of the claim’s associated “Claimant” contact records when the claim is 2 days past the “Adjuster Assigned” date.  Related settings allow the number of days (2 by default) to be customized, and/or the start date to be modified to the loss’ “Reported” date or the “Created (Age-Days)” date instead.  This widget and report are disabled in ClickClaims by default.

Activity - Reported Date > 2 Years from Date of Loss Widget:

  • A new widget, “Activity - Reported Date > 2 Years from Date of Loss”, is now available in ClickClaims upon request.  This widget will allow you to quickly identify any open claim that has a “Reported” date that is greater than two years from the “Date of Loss”.  Claims will drop out of the widget when the claim is closed.  This widget is disabled in ClickClaims by default.

Activity – Supplement > 3 Years from Date of Loss Widget:

  • A new widget, “Activity - Supplement > 3 Years from Date of Loss”, is now available in ClickClaims upon request.  If enabled, when a claim with a “Claim Code” of a predefined value has the “Supplement” flag set to True/Yes and the date that occurs is greater than three years from the claim's “Date of Loss”, the claim is added to the widget letting you quickly manage this claim attribute across multiple claims.  The claim is removed from the widget when it’s closed.  This widget is disabled in ClickClaims by default.

Claim Ribbon Indicator for Supplement Greater Than Three Years from Date of Loss:

  • Upon Request, you can opt to display a new moderate (yellow) level attribute to the Claim Ribbon Indicator (CRI), which is located in the claim ribbon, so that if the date that the claim’s “Supplement” flag is set is greater than three years from the “Date of Loss”, your users who have access to the claim are alerted via the CRI.

Supplement Flag Automatically Set on Claim Reopen:

  • An optional setting is available for your company upon request that, when enabled, automatically sets the claim’s “Supplement” flag to True/Yes when the “Claim Code” is set to a predefined value at claim reopen via the claim’s “Summary” tab or the batch “Reopen Claims” functionality.  This setting is disabled in ClickClaims by default.
