Introduction
The purpose of this article is to inform users on how to embed eFNOL Mobile Forms to webpages/websites. You can create a new, simple webpage containing only the form or embed the form into your existing webpage by using iFrame.
Embed form to a new simple webpage
If you intend to have a link on your website that shows the eFNOL Mobile Form (your website in the url), then you will need to create an html page on your website (simple text file with '.html' as the extension). In the '.html' file copy and paste the script provided by the ClickClaims Engineering Team. The following is sample HTML script
After saving and publishing the HTML file, you should be able to navigate to the webpage and see the eFNOL Mobile Form. In the below example I pasted the contents to a webpage called 'test.html'.
Embed form into an existing webpage using iFrame
If you already have an existing webpage with content and want to display the form in the webpage , then you will need to paste the iFrame code provided by ClickClaims Engineering Team into your webpage ('.html','.aspx','.php'). Here is sample code:
