Summary

This shows how to download files via FTP.  

Prerequisites

1. Download and Install WinSCP on computer.

Instructions

Step 1: Go to Session, New Session:   

Step 2: Login using credentials:

Step 3: Once connected, you will see all the files on the right side of the pane.  The left side is your folder on your computer.

Step 4: Select the files you want to download on the right side of the pane.  It will download to the folder you have selected on the left side.  (If you want to select all the file, just do Ctrl-A on the right side).  In the sample below, I will download all files to my C:\temp folder.

Step 5: Click Download (highlighted above).  Click OK to start FTP.
