Steps to Refresh Your Web Page

When you return to a web page you've already visited, it tends to load faster than the first time because your browser has stored a copy of the web page on your computer.  Normally, this action makes page loading much faster.  However, if a change occurs on the page, such as after a ClickClaims update, this may prevent you from seeing the latest changes because your browser is using a cached or stored version instead of the most recent version of the page.

When this occurs, and if clearing your browser cache does not resolve the issue, you should perform a "hard refresh" to force your browser to download the new content instead of using the stored content.  Performing a hard refresh is simple and the commands to do so vary depending on the browser and operating system used.

Chrome on Windows:

1. Hold down Ctrl and press the Reload button.

2. Or, hold down Ctrl and press the 'F5' key.

Chrome on Mac:

1. Hold down Command, Shift, and press the 'R' key.

2. Or, hold down Ctrl and press the Reload button.
