Enhancements and New Features

 

 

 

Changes

“Financials” Module:

  • Added 4 new “Property” expense coverages: Adjuster Expense; Attorney Coverage Expense; Expert Cost; TPA Expense
  • Added 5 new “Auto” expense coverages: Adjuster Expense; Attorney Coverage Expense; Defense Cost Containment; Expert Cost; TPA Expense
  • Able to support both the “Property” (Financial - Property) and “Auto” (Financial – Auto) Financials module on one system.  

 

Inside User Profile Record:

  • Users associated to the “File Reviewer” user role now have the “Create Draft”, “Create Invoices”, and “Void Invoices” special permission options available within their user profile record.

 

 

 

Corrections

“Accounting” Module:

  • Corrected issue with the “Vendor Bill Status” and “Invoice Status” checkbox fields on the “Vendor Billing Search” page which didn’t reset the checkboxes properly when initiating the search.

 

“Vehicle” Module:

  • Corrected error occurring when selecting the  shortcut icon from the widget’s Quickview tooltip to access the claim’s “Features” page.

 

SMS Text Messaging: 

  • Corrected the “Opted Out” & “Pending” font within the “Insured Phone Numbers” fieldset of the claim’s “Summary” tab to match the other text. (Applicable with “SMS Text Messaging” enabled only.)

 

SMS Text Messaging:

  • Corrected issue which hid the “Text Msg” checkbox fields when adding another phone number to a contact record from the “Contacts/Claimants” claim tab via the  button.

 

Inside User Profile Record:

  • Setting options listed under the “Special Permissions” section now update to show/hide settings accordingly based on the user role(s) selected.

 

Manage System Emails:

  • Removed the  (Delete) button when working within an email template from the “Manage System Emails” page for the E-Claim Administrator user account.
