Claim Ribbon Indicator for “Water-Excluded”:

Upon request, you can opt to display a new moderate (yellow) level attribute on the Claim Ribbon Indicator (CRI), which is in the claim ribbon, so that if the “Water-Excluded” claim flag is set to “Yes” and if the claim has the proper endorsement (determined by your company), the ribbon will display as yellow with a label of “Water Damage Exclusion”.

“Created By” Field Added to Summary Tab:

We’ve added a new field, “Created By”, to the claim’s “Summary” tab which shows the first and last name of the user who created the claim in ClickClaims. You can also add this as a secondary column on the “Default View” of the “Claim List” and “Claim Reporting Grid” pages.

New Claim Flag – Water-Excluded:

You can now track the “Water – Excluded” attribute on your claims via the new claim flag accessed from the “Review” claim tab. This new flag is enabled by default, but an administrative user can disable it from the “Flags” list manager.
