We’ve added 3 new System Emails to give you additional notification options for the Client Examiner role. One sends a notification to the claim’s assigned Client Examiner the first time the “Initial Contact” date is set on the claim (template #89), one sends a notification to the claim’s assigned Client Examiner the first time the “Scheduled Appointment” date is set on the claim (template #90), and the other sends a notification to the assigned Client Examiner the first time the “Loss Inspected” date is set on the claim (template #91). By default, these email templates are inactive and must be made active by a site administrator before the applicable email notification can generate.
