Changes

Diary Purpose Comments Character Limit Increased:

  • You’re now able to enter more text within the “Diary Purpose Comments” field of the “Dates” tab because we’ve increased the limit from 40 to 250 characters.

 

If your company has a VPN connection with ClickClaims, and if you pull this data field from the VPN, you’ll need to increase your field size to account for the additional characters.

 

Renamed “Void Bill” button on “Billing” tab:

  • For continuity, we’ve relabeled the “Void Bill” button located under the “Vendor Bills” data grid section of the “Billing” tab to “Void”.  The purpose of this button (to void the selected vendor bill record) remains the same.

 

Document Email Attachments Increased to 22 MB:

  • When emailing documents, if the email doesn’t exceed 22 MB and if the “Attach Documents” site setting is enabled, then the email will contain both the document links and the physical documents.     If the email exceeds 22 MB however, or if the “Attach Documents” site setting is disabled, the email will only contain the document links and no physical attachments.  This size restriction has been increased from 7 MB.     

 

New “Payment(s) Over Limits” Claim Flag:

  • You can now track and manage claims that have payment(s) that exceed the limits using the new “Payment(s) Over Limits” claim flag.
