When receiving an error message in ClickClaims such as the "Server Error in '/' Application", it is very important to copy the error message and provide it when reporting the issue to your company and/or E-Claim. The error message, or stack trace, is very helpful when attempting to debug an issue, especially if the error occurs intermittently.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you DO NOT capture a screenshot of the error, but instead, copy the error message using your standard copy/paste method. When you capture the error via a screenshot, the stack trace is cut off, which can complicate the troubleshooting process. However, when you copy the whole stack trace by using Copying and Pasting, E-Claim representatives can see the stack trace in its entirety.
